All pieces are handmade and hand-finished, and as such, subtle variations in surface, texture, and form are intentional. These variations are part of what makes each object and piece of jewelry unique.

Because each work is made individually and finished by hand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all item details and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damages or Order Issues

We take great care in packing each item securely. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at studio@shalarothenbergstudio.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
